This is from a beautiful photo reference. Photo credits are provided on the reverse side of the panel. The subject was a very talented and lovely lady who makes her own costumes. This one was a tribute to "steampunk," which is loosely based on a science fiction trend in the 1980s and '90s. The trend took some liberties with Victorian and Edwardian fashion!
