You can see I love trees here, and the other scenes of weather and struggling life focus a view of our own losses and joys seen large. Our world is our foremost example of rebirth and continued effort in our own lives. What beauty!

Some are portraits and some are warm slices of life. Others are works from models. Glimpses of happiness, ecstasy, duty and toil inspire the human heart in this collection.

The small, treasured pieces of our lives are exemplified here, along with a capture of the swiftly blooming and fading of flowers. It seems the more beautiful they are, the faster they wither, and it's necessary to catch that life quickly.

I don't have many in this collection yet, but I hope to add to it over time. These creatures need our care, love and understanding as do the children and the helpless in our world.

So far, we have one lake, one river and one Atlantic Ocean in this collection. I hope to travel and do some more plein air painting soon. It refreshes one's spirit and and blows a wind of inspiration through the cobwebs in one's head.

These are copies, but not quite literally copies as in "printed on canvas." All the pieces in this collection that I have repainted as closely as possible will have some variations. They are original hand copies. I do these for my own continuing education in the techniques of the acknowledged masters of the past, and for those of you who would enjoy owning studies that have been made from these works.
